Good frights, minor delivery issue

I ordered a VIP scare pass for the October 2023 event. The website was pretty straightforward for booking. I got the confirmation email right away, but the actual e-tickets took about 2 days to show up, which was a little slow. Delivery was digital, of course. The experience itself was intense; the live actors were really committed and the themed mazes were well put together. The fast track entry was worth it, saved us a lot of time. Everything worked as expected once we were there. My only small gripe was the ticket delay, but it didn't impact the overall fun.

Got a decent deal

I bought tickets for a friend and me, specifically a multi-buy ticket discount for the night of terror tickets. I signed up for their newsletter before buying and got a little extra off, which was good. The tickets were for an off-peak evening so they were cheaper than a weekend too. I felt like I got good value for the money spent compared to some other scare attractions. The booking process was quick and easy. Worth it for a fun night out without breaking the bank.

Hey, thinking of heading to House Of Horror this fall. Anyone know if they usually do any good Black Friday deals? Trying to save a few bucks if I can.

G Gwen Walsh 2 months ago
Yeah they totally do. I remember getting tickets for like 15% off last Black Friday. Definitely worth waiting if you're not in a rush.

They often have sales around that time, and for Halloween too. Just make sure you grab them online, coupon codes almost never work if you try to buy at the door.

Quick question about the tickets. If I get super freaked out and bail partway through, do they offer any kind of refund or partial credit? My friends wanna go but I'm a bit of a chicken.

Nah, once you're in, you're in. They don't do refunds if you get too scared, pretty standard for these kinds of attractions.

I don't think so, my buddy had to tap out last year and that was it. No money back. Just brace yourself, it's intense!
